We can supply your law firm with up to 750 conveyancing enquiries per week
Through our network of conveyancing comparision websites, we are able to deliver live new business enquiries directly to you in real-time.
We are able to consistently deliver a high volume of leads each week, providing a valuable source of new business for the firms we choose to work with - big and small.
In order to make the most of the leads you need a dedicated team member who will contact the prospective client in a timely fashion (e.g. under an hour) to discuss their quote and see if they need any further information or wish to instruct your firm.
If we offer you a free trial it will usually take place over two weeks, and there is no commitment to continue after the trial.
Read our FAQ's below - they answer the most common questions we are asked about our free trial and the lead service itself. To request a free trial simply complete the form below and we will get in touch as quickly as possible.

We provide quotes from a maximum of firms at any one time. You would be one of those firms.
We can deliver your firm up to 750 leads per week.
Our minimum weekly subscription is for 50 leads.
Our leads start from £5 + VAT per lead.
Our leads are from people looking for conveyancing anywhere in England and Wales - we do not segregate leads by postcode or geographic area.
We provide sale, purchase and joint sale & purchase leads as standard. We are sometimes able to offer remortgage and equity transfer leads too - please enquire for details.
We don’t actively track conversion rates for the firms we work with. We know that conversion rates vary from firm to firm, and from what we have been told they could be anything from 7% - 20%. Our free trial (see below) provides the opportunity for you to establish your own conversion rate.

The online conveyancing market in general requires firms to be priced competitively, as well as demonstrate expertise and a good track record of customer service. You can add USP’s, a firm profile and customer testimonials to our platform in order to differentiate your firm on service not price - and we encourage you to do so. As a ballpark figure, firms listed on our website typically charge between £300-500 +VAT for a purchase around £200,000 with a mortgage.
We provide the name, contact number and email address for the person who has requested a conveyancing quote from you along with a copy of the quote we generated on your behalf.
Before you start using our service we ask you to complete a detailed fee scale template in order to ensure that the quotation we provide to the prospective client on your behalf is as accurate as possible - in line with the new transparency rules.
Leads appear in our system at the same instant the person requests the quote. If you are set up to receive email alerts from us, these are sent out to you at the same time too.
The lead quality is excellent and most importantly 'live' meaning you can be speaking to potential clients a few minutes after their initial enquiry. Because our leads are web generated and delivered to you instantly, you can be certain that the lead is actively looking for the service at that time, making it more likely that the lead will instruct you.
We work hard to ensure fake leads don’t reach you in the first place, by asking the customers using our service to verify their phone number or email address when obtaining a quotation. If you do get a fake enquiry, you can reject it through our platform and we will replace it free of charge.
Yes, we ask you to sign a contract that details what services you can expect from us and the standard we expect from our panel members. It also covers matters such as data protection, how our service fits with SRA and CLC rules, how you can use the leads we provide, our lead rejection policy, invoice terms, complaint resolution and our cancellation policy.
We require a minimum of four weeks notice for you to cancel any lead subscription. The time period is longer if you are ordering larger volumes - contact us for details.
